- Event organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute events and/or advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
- Force Majeure: In the event the organiser is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this Agreement because of acts of God (لا سمح الله),strikes, equipment or transmission failure or damage reasonably beyond its control, or other causes reasonably beyond its control, such party shall not be liable for damages to the other for any damages resulting from such failure to perform or otherwise from such causes.
- Event organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any person without refund or compensation.
- No food or beverages are to be brought into the auditorium.
- Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of the organiser.
- No seat booking is allowed at any point of the event (first-come-first-serve basis).
- The use of audio or video equipment is strictly prohibited.
- Attending the event confirms your consent to being filmed, photographed and recorded as members of the audience.
- Event organiser is not liable for any loss or damage of personal property and any injury that may occur during the event.
